Kaitlan Skrainar is a distinguished trial attorney and partner at Murphy Falcon & Murphy.  Kaitlan has developed an extensive skillset litigating civil cases involving intricate legal and medical complexities. Beginning her academic journey at the University of Delaware, Kaitlan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in biological sciences, accompanied by a minor in psychology. Her passion for the intersection of law and medicine led her to pursue her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into the prestigious Heuisler Honor Society.

During her tenure at law school, Kaitlan served as the executive editor of Law Review and was a member of the Brand Names Moot Court

Team. Additionally, she served as a Rule 16 student attorney in the Community Development Clinic, offering nonlitigation legal services to regional nonprofit organizations and counseling clients on various business law and nonprofit matters. Kaitlan further honed her legal acumen as the law clerk for the Honorable Judith C. Ensor in the Baltimore County Circuit Court.
