Paris is a trial attorney and Associate at Murphy, Falcon & Murphy, where he focuses on civil litigation and trial advocacy. He was admitted to the Maryland Bar in December 2024.
Before joining Murphy, Falcon & Murphy, Paris served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge Kendra Y. Ausby of the Baltimore City Circuit Court. He also worked as an Assistant State's Attorney in the Baltimore City District Court, gaining valuable courtroom experience and a solid foundation in litigation.
The best thing about Baltimore: “I’m inspired by the pride that everyone has in our city! We are uniquely Baltimore and I love it here.”
Favorite place in Baltimore: “I love the Reginald F. Lewis Museum. The history of our people is presented so well…I go there often.”
Proudest achievement thus far: “On two separate occasions I have petitioned the Baltimore City School Board to stop the closures of schools I attended- Dr. Bernard Harris, Sr. Elementary School, and Renaissance Academy. I was successful both times.”

Driven by a deep commitment to justice and service, Paris is a passionate advocate for those in need. Before entering the legal profession, he worked in electoral politics and public policy. His decision to pursue a career in law was shaped by his upbringing in Baltimore, where witnessing systemic inequities and social challenges firsthand inspired him to become an advocate for meaningful change.
A graduate of Renaissance Academy, where he competed in football, wrestling and lacrosse, Paris earned the distinction of valedictorian of his class before attending Coppin State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. During law school, he demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership, serving as both a chapter president and Regional Pre-Law Director for the National Black Law Students Association.
A proud Baltimore City native, Paris continues to call East Baltimore home. He remains deeply engaged in his community through his professional and civic involvement. He is a member of the Monumental City Bar Association and serves on the board of L.I.V.E., Inc., reflecting his ongoing dedication to advancing opportunities and improving the lives of others.
