Will Zerhouni is a partner at Murphy, Falcon & Murphy, specializing in civil litigation, criminal litigation, intellectual property litigation, and technology transactions. Over the course of his varied career, Mr. Zerhouni has represented the United States government, international pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, individuals, and a variety of technology companies both in and out of court.
In addition, Mr. Zerhouni has extensive corporate experience in both the software and life sciences spaces.
He has participated in the technology world both as an attorney and as an entrepreneur, successfully exiting his own biopharma data analytics startup.
Mr. Zerhouni previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney in Miami for the United States Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of Florida. In addition, Mr. Zerhouni has served as an attorney at Covington & Burling LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Right after law school, he was also a law clerk to Chief Judge Prost of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Mr. Zerhouni is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and the State of New York. He is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He graduated from Harvard Law School with honors in 2003 and from Harvard College with honors in 1998.
