Class Action Sexual Assault Claim Against Dr. Williams

Posted in News on August 4, 2017

Yesterday, the Baltimore personal injury lawyers at Murphy, Falcon & Murphy filed a class action lawsuit against Kaiser Permanente on behalf of dozens of former patients of Dr. Bryan Williams, a Kaiser doctor. Our complaint alleges that Dr. Williams, who was fired from Kaiser in October 2014 and had his medical license suspended by the Maryland State Board of Physicians, sexually assaulted dozens of his patients.

We have since learned that Dr. Williams may have continued to sexually assault his patients even after he left Kaiser. Following Kaiser’s dismissal of Dr. Williams, he was employed by Metro Spine Pain Centers, which has several facilities in the Prince George’s County area. While there, he may have continued to violate the trust and safety of his patients by touching them inappropriately and sexually assaulting them.

We know it’s very difficult to come forward when you have been sexually abused or assaulted, especially when the person who assaulted you is a doctor whom you have entrusted with your health and medical care. Please let us help you make your voice heard. We make it our priority to act on behalf of those who are unable to advocate for themselves. We are aggressive in our pursuit of justice and compassionate in our approach with our clients.

If you or a loved one has been sexually assaulted while a patient of Dr. Williams, schedule an initial, confidential consultation with a member of our team by calling (410) 951-8744. And, if you have a preference as to whether you speak with a man or a woman, please do not hesitate to tell us. We want you to be as comfortable as possible.
