Judge William H. "Billy" Murphy, Jr. to Speak at NAN's National Convention 2015
National Action Network (NAN) is one of the leading civil rights organizations in the nation with chapters throughout the entire United States. Founded in 1991 by Reverend Al Sharpton, NAN works to promote a modern civil rights agenda that includes the fight for one standard of justice, decency and equal opportunities for all people regardless of race, religion, nationality or gender.
Held from April 7 to April 11, NAN's annual convention honors the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King by bringing together influential national leaders in civil rights, government, labor, the church, business, politics, media and activism, to assess where we are today.
